WHY JOIN CATAWBA WEST HARBOR YACHT CLUB?

Catawba West Harbor Yacht Club is a non-profit corporation, organized under the laws of the state of Ohio.

Such organization (under the name Sailor’s West Harbor Yacht Club) was incorporated April 13, 1964. At that time there were 6 members, but at the end of the year there were 44 members. 

​

We are a grand old organization instituted “to promote social activities for club members, to encourage and assist the highest level of boating courtesy and safety, to assist in inspiring boating facilities, both at our basin and elsewhere, and to encourage others to take up the pleasure of boating.” 

The club plans social activities around dinners, parties, poker runs, and casual get- togethers. There are cruises planned and trips to regattas as at other clubs.
